IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION
Azalea Gardens of Mobile is in communication with state and local authorities and taking steps based on guidance from the CDC and CMS to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as: Enhanced infection control precautions; Screening residents, staff, and visitors for expanded list of symptoms; Using all PPE such as masks, gowns, gloves; and Resident and Staff Testing. We will continue to update COVID data on this website routinely.
Since May 8, 2020, there have been a total of 90 confirmed resident and/or staff COVID-19 cases at Azalea Gardens of Mobile. Of the aforementioned cases, 87 have recovered.
