To the families of our residents,

As you may know, we have been forced to limit all visitations with your loved ones in our nursing facilities.  This drastic measure was not our first choice, but due to guidance from the CDC, CMS and the Surgeon General we must oblige and truly feel that it is in the best interest of our residents that we adhere to this strictly.  This is necessary to save lives.  We are thankful for the state and national leadership’s guidance during this very arduous time. 

We understand this puts an undue hardship on both you and your loved one and for that we are truly sorry for this inconvenience.  We have asked that all facility management personally contact you directly to inform of the measures and opportunities we have in place to keep in touch with your loved one. 

Please contact the facility Administrator or Director of Nurses if you have any concerns or questions. 

We want to acknowledge all of our staff who have been, and will continue to work tirelessly to ensure the best care for your loved one is provided each and every day. 

We are all in uncharted territory and it will take the entire nation to overcome this crisis. 

We pray for everyone’s safety and well being during this time.
